Do not use ZOE Connect for fraud, stolen payment credentials, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unauthorized purchases, harassment, unlawful goods or services, or attempts to bypass account, payment, wallet, or provider limits.

You must provide accurate account, recipient, and order information and must be authorized to use the selected payment method.

We may decline or cancel an order, restrict an account, request identity or payment verification, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with payment providers or lawful authorities when misuse is suspected.
