Digital Gift Card Policy

ZOE Connect is not the gift-card issuer. Digital gift cards are fulfilled through Reloadly and are subject to the applicable brand's terms, country restrictions, currency, expiration rules, and redemption requirements.

Confirm the brand, destination country, currency, value, and recipient email before paying. A code may not work outside its designated country or brand account region.

Delivery timing may vary. Once a valid code has been displayed, delivered, or redeemed, the order is generally final. Failed or unconfirmed delivery may be submitted for review under the Refund Policy.

Treat a gift-card code like cash. Do not share it with unknown parties. ZOE Connect cannot replace value after a code is redeemed by someone who obtained it from the purchaser or recipient.
