ZOE Wallet Terms

Wallet funds may only be used for eligible purchases sold through ZOE Connect. The maximum wallet balance is $50 USD.

Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to a bank account, transferred to another user, used for peer-to-peer payments, or redeemed for cash.

ZOE Credit cannot be purchased or preloaded with a card; it is issued only for eligible refunds, promotional credits, rewards, and authorized adjustments. Promotional credits and rewards cannot increase the wallet above the maximum. A refund or reversal may restore value previously debited, including where the restored amount causes an existing balance to exceed the maximum.

We may restrict wallet use while investigating suspected fraud, unauthorized access, payment disputes, or prohibited activity. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
