Gift card questions
How is a digital gift card delivered?
The redemption code is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, usually within seconds of payment. You also receive a receipt for your own records.
Can I send a gift card to another country?
Yes. Gift cards are available for hundreds of global and local brands across 100+ countries. Choose the recipient's country first so only cards that work there are shown.
Which amounts can I choose?
Each brand sets its own denominations or an allowed range. The available amounts appear once you select the brand, and the total including any fee is shown before you pay.
What if the code does not arrive?
Check the spam folder first, then contact support with the order reference from your receipt. If the provider did not deliver the card, the order is refunded.
Are gift cards refundable?
Once a redemption code has been issued it cannot be cancelled, because the value can be spent immediately. Undelivered or failed orders are refunded automatically.
