Membership questions
What does a ZOE membership include?
Paid plans add member pricing and extra ZOE Rewards on eligible top-ups and gift cards. Bill payments are coming soon. The full benefit list for each plan is shown on the cards above.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes — cancel any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
What is the difference between Plus and Family?
Plus covers one account. Family extends the same benefits to the members you invite, so everyone sending from your household gets member pricing.
How do I pay for a membership?
Membership is billed by card through our secure checkout, monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is the cheaper option per month.
What happens to my rewards if an order is refunded?
If an order is refunded or disputed, the rewards it earned are removed. Everything else you have earned stays in your rewards balance.
